Access after purchase
After a successful payment, purchased digital resources are available in the Downloads and Orders areas of the account used at checkout.
All sales are final
Chapter 21 digital resources are immediately accessible and may be downloaded, saved, or printed. For that reason, all digital purchases are final and nonrefundable.

If a purchased file is missing or cannot be accessed, contact avery@chapter21.org. We will help restore access to a completed purchase. Do not send payment-card numbers by email.
