Information we collect
Chapter 21 may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, account information, purchase history, and support messages. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by Chapter 21.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, fulfill digital purchases, respond to support requests, protect the site from misuse, and improve Chapter 21 resources. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and security
We share only the information needed with service providers that operate the site, payment processing, account services, and email delivery. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about your account information, request corrections, or ask to close an account where applicable. Purchase and accounting records may be retained when required for legal, fraud-prevention, or business purposes.
